Delivery Policy and Procedures

 

There is an $18 order minimum for delivery.  My Sweet Austin uses third parties to deliver.  My Sweet Austin will not be held accountable for any disruption that occurs during delivery, including but not limited to product damage and lateness.

 

My Sweet Austin may provide the name and contact number of the recipient of the order to delivery drivers.
My Sweet Austin guarantees delivery only to the address you specify when ordering. We do not take responsibility when given incorrect addresses or recipient information. For example, if the company has moved or the recipient is on vacation.

 

When arranging deliveries, please be sure to provide a specific time for the items to be delivered.  If you are ordering for someone else, please be sure to contact that person so that they know when and where the order will be delivered to them. If the recipient is not present at the location provided and cannot be reached through the contact number, it will be returned to My Sweet Austin and held at the store.  We will hold the items for up to 24 hours.  No refunds will be provided if the order is not picked up.  Unless it is specifically arranged prior to delivery, we will not leave orders outside, with neighbors, or with anyone other than the designated recipient.

 

My Sweet Austin does not guarantee exact delivery times. We will do our best to make the delivery on time, but uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery.

 

My Sweet Austin may not be able to accommodate changes in delivery times if requested within 24 hours of the delivery.
