My Sweet Austin specializes in scratch baked cakes, and we also produce delicious cupcakes, macarons, cookies, bars, and other sweet treats. We offer one of a kind decorated cakes for weddings, birthdays, and other special events.
All of our products are made in house with the best ingredients and techniques. This means we use cage-free eggs, unbleached flour, and organic produce. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, and we love working with our customers to get them just the right dessert for their occasion.
Established in 2012, My Sweet Austin started as a home-based custom order cake company. The decision to open a storefront came about because we wanted to continue providing the same quality desserts but with a faster turn around time for customers.
The owner, Sara Mayes, has a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and spent time honing her skills at Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel, Studio Cake in Menlo Park, California, and Coco Paloma Desserts in Austin, Texas.
